The Sigma 05 is a modular sensor platform supporting up to three interchangeable probes for measuring CO₂, temperature, humidity, pressure, air velocity, and moisture in oil, with flexible outputs, display options, and robust industrial-grade enclosures.

- Output Options: Two freely selectable and scalable analog outputs (0–10 V, 0–20 mA, 4–20 mA, etc.)
- User Interface: Configurable using PCS10 software or USB-C service interface; display layout and analog scaling adjustable.
- Enclosure Options: Available in polycarbonate or die-cast aluminium; both rated IP65 / NEMA 4X.
- Status Indication: Visual indication via LEDs and on-screen alerts when measured values exceed predefined limits.
- Field Calibration: Supports portable calibration by inserting probes into external calibrators without dismounting the device.
- Digital Probe Interface: RS485 with Modbus RTU protocol.
