Returns and Exchange Policy
General Returns
We offer a 30-day return window for eligible products provided the following conditions are met:
I) The product remains unused and is in its original condition.
II) All packaging, documentation, and accessories are included and intact.
III) The item must not be tailored to individual specifications or ordered specifically upon request.
Steps to Return an Item
I) Contact our support team with your return request. All return shipment costs are customer scope.
II) Any returns made without prior authorization will not be accepted and may result in additional shipping costs for the customer.
Manufacturer-Managed Returns
If the product was obtained directly from a manufacturer for which we act as a distributor, their return policies apply. We can assist in the return process where applicable.
